Royal Filter coalescer cartridges are offered in a variety of cartridge configurations to replace current industry cartridges. They are available in open ends with flat gaskets, open ends with o-ring seals, and thread base construction. Cartridges are available in a number of different diameters and lengths. All Royal Filter coalescers are single piece construction, resulting in increased strength and reducing the chance of bypass. We use a combination of one or more layers of pleated media and various layers of fiberglass. The pleated media removes the bulk of solids. Coalescing performance is determined by the type and number of layers of fiberglass. Royal pleated media separator cartridges are designed for high flow and low pressure drop. Metal end caps are tin plated steel. Center cores are perforated, spiral formed, plated steel designed to withstand differential pressures up to 75 psid. Gaskets are Buna N, with other materials available on request. Our pleated media is a silicone treated, resin impregnated cellulose designed to repel any small coalesced water drops which do not settle by gravity and might try to pass through the separator.Our pleated media separators are available in a variety of sizes and multiple lengths to replace other manufacturers’ separators. |
